Import Taxes and Customs Information

General information about import VAT, customs duty and local clearance fees for international orders shipped from Ukraine.

General information

Orders are shipped from Ukraine.

For many countries, imported orders may be subject to:

  • import VAT / GST / sales tax;
  • customs duty;
  • postal or customs clearance fees.

These charges are set by the destination country and are usually paid by the customer.

Important

The shipping price paid on our website covers delivery only.

It does not include import taxes, customs duty, or customs handling fees in the destination country, unless this is clearly shown during checkout.
  • We normally ship by Ukrposhta, unless stated otherwise.
  • Customs charges depend on the country, order value, product tariff codes and local import rules.
  • Orders that contain several different product categories may sometimes have higher customs processing fees.
  • The final decision is always made by the local customs authority.

European Union (EU)

From 1 July 2026, the previous low-value customs duty relief for many imported orders up to €150 was removed.

This means:

  • import VAT may apply from the first euro;
  • orders up to €150 may also be subject to a temporary €3 customs fee in some cases;
  • orders above €150 may be subject to normal customs duty according to the product code and origin;
  • postal or customs handling fees may also apply.

The exact amount depends on the destination country, the total order value, and the tariff codes in the parcel.

More detailed EU information is available on the EU Import VAT & Customs Fees page.

Country-specific notes

Import rules differ from country to country. Some destinations have specific VAT / GST thresholds, customs duty rules or postal clearance fees.

For short notes about the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and other countries, please see the Import Notes by Country page.

Before ordering

Because customs rules change regularly, we recommend checking the current import rules in your country before placing an order.

You can also contact us before shipment with:

  • destination country;
  • order value;
  • shipping method, if you already know it.

We can give you a rough import charge estimate before shipment.

Please note: We cannot guarantee the final amount charged by customs or the postal operator in the destination country. The final decision is always made by the local customs authority.
