The Starko tools Utility Knife.
The blade has a special concave shape for ease of sharpening. This is a double-edged, fine tapered, 30 angle sharpening knife. The knife comes carefully hand-sharpened to a high-reflective polish, razor sharp and ready to use. The handle has a metal bolster for a long tool life.
Bochler 690 steel with a hardness of 61 hrc.
Blade thickness - 2.3mm.
Blade lenght - 80mm.
Total lenght - 210mm
Bolster material - 4 mm thick stainless steel for beech handles and 4 mm brass for walnut and paduk handles.
